This Refund & Return Policy applies only to orders placed within India.
We request all customers to read this policy carefully before placing an order to avoid any misunderstandings later.
🔁 Return Request Period
If you wish to request a return, you must raise a complaint within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Any return or refund request made after this time period may not be accepted.
📦 Damaged Product
If you receive a damaged product, it is mandatory to provide a clear unboxing video showing:
- The sealed package before opening
- The opening process
- The damaged product clearly
This video is required to verify the claim. Without an unboxing video, return or refund requests may be rejected.
❌ Missing Items
If any item is missing from your order:
- Please share an unboxing video showing all received items.
- Inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
After verification, if the missing item cannot be re-shipped, a refund for the missing item will be processed.
🔄 Exchange for Wrong Product Ordered
If you ordered the wrong product and want an exchange:
- Return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
- Replacement shipping cost will also be borne by the customer.

🖨️ Custom / Printed Products Policy
a) Order Cancellation
Orders placed for custom-printed or customized products cannot be canceled once confirmed, due to production and customization costs.
b) Undeliverable Shipments
If a shipment is undeliverable due to courier issues:
- We may resend the shipment via an alternate courier.
- No return or refund will be provided for custom-printed products under any circumstances.
c) Courier Delay
If delivery is delayed beyond the normal timeframe due to courier issues:
- We will coordinate with the courier on a case-by-case basis.
- Customers are advised to track orders regularly.
- Contact us if there are no tracking updates for 15 days after dispatch.
✅ Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:
a) Damaged or Defective Products
Refund will be processed only after verification using the required unboxing video.
b) Missing Items
If the missing item cannot be shipped again, a refund for that specific item will be issued.
📦 Product Condition Requirement
To qualify for a return or refund:
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
- Product must be returned in its original packaging.
- All accessories, tags, labels, invoice, and receipt must be included.
- The product should not be damaged while in the customer's possession.
🚚 Return Shipping Charges
- Return shipping cost is borne by the customer.
- If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping.
We strongly recommend using a trackable and reliable courier service for returns.
🚫 Rejection / Denial of Parcel Policy
If a customer refuses or rejects delivery after dispatch, the following deductions will apply before a refund is issued:
- Shipping Charges: 2× original shipping cost (forward + return)
- Packing Charges: 10% of the product value
The remaining amount, if any, will be refunded.
💰 Refund Process
- Once the returned product reaches our warehouse and is inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
- Refunds are initiated only after the product is received at our warehouse.

- Products are usually delivered within 7 days, depending on location.
- If the product received does not match the website description or expectations, please inform customer support within 24 hours of delivery.
Refunds are processed only after confirming:
- Product was not damaged by the customer.
- Product matches what was originally shipped.
- Product is returned in original condition.
- A valid unboxing video is provided.
