❌ Failed or Undelivered Shipments
If delivery fails due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Unavailable recipient
- Refusal to accept the order
The shipment will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, return shipping and handling charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
